SHARED COMPONENTS

Maximizing your fleet’s cost-effectiveness: The Tadano shared component strategy

When high cost-effectiveness is a must for your fleet, having multiple Tadano cranes is one of the smartest choices you can make. Why? Simple: A lot of optional equipment is the same for many models, meaning that you can simply order a piece of equipment once and then share it between cranes to reduce costs, save space, and ultimately make your cranes more profitable.

Incorporated from the get-go

This is why we always check to see if certain components can be used in multiple models from the moment we start developing new cranes, as is the case with our:

Five-axle cranes: The main boom extensions, runner, hoist 2, and hook blocks can be exchanged as necessary between models AC 5.130-1, AC 5.160-1, AC 5.220L-1, and AC 5.250-1.

There are also shared components for the AC 3.060-1, AC 4.070-2, and AC 4.080-1 three-axle and four-axle models: The main boom extensions are compatible with each other in this case.

And when it comes to Tadano CC lattice boom crawler cranes, all the counterweights are identical, and in fact can even be used on our AC 7.450-1.

It’s crystal clear: Betting on Tadano always pays off.
