This results in an asymmetrical outrigger base. With the HK 4.070-1, the intelligent AML crane control ensures that the lifting capacity can be fully utilised at any angle of rotation. Ultimately, we expect top performance from our cranes at all times, and that starts with the set-up. The H-style outriggers do not require any additional lateral space when extended, quite the opposite of the widely used slewing outriggers. Five outrigger bases offer maximum flexibility! The result is impressive: 2 m turning radius saved, optimum traction thanks to two driven rear axles, and the space directly behind the front axle now also allows H-style outriggers for best in class 360\u00b0 load capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>THE FEATURES IN DETAIL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Optimum manoeuvrability: Not only the steered trailing axle enables the particularly small turning radius compared to the standard 8\u00d74 axle configuration, but also the triple rear axle positioned to the front in general.<\/li><li>Strong traction: Two driven axles provide reliable traction on uneven terrain and in winter. The permanent axle drive is more reliable, more powerful and more economical than a hydrostatic wheel hub drive.<\/li><li>Best axle load due to adapted wheelbase: A compact tridem axle (2 x 1.4 m wheelbase) is likely to carry only 24 t in total.
